East London (or Buffalo-City) is situated in the Eastern Cape province (South Africa) on the Indian Ocean coast. In East London there is the only one river port in South Africa. In 1914 the settlement on the river received the status of a city. Today East London is important industrial center of the country. Mercedes-Benz automobiles are produced here end then exported to USA.
