Description:

Knysna is a city-resort in the republic of South Africa. In this city tourists are offered to visit brewery Mitchel, to try oysters in Knysna Oyster Company: Knysna is famous for its beer and oysters. Here even the annual oyster festival in July is held. Also it is possible to lease a boat and spend night in the sea, or to visit Noetzie, the Valley буфало (Buffalo Valley Game Farm), National park Wilderness, Dolphin%27s Point - a fine viewing point for supervision over dolphins and whales. And on beaches of Knisny it is possible to swim for a while and be engaged in surfing perfectly.

Climate

Knysna is famous for a temperate climate all year long. Average temperature in January - 26 degrees with the minimum quantity of deposits, and in winter months (June - August) - 18 degrees.

Transport

Utenika Chu-Chu (Outeniqua Choo-Choo) is one of few steam locomotives which have remained in the country. Its route lies along coast between George and Knisnoj and passengers can admire a view of lakes, woods and beaches. The trip to one party occupies about 3 hours.
