PAI

Description:

Pai is a small Thai town situated on the bank of the same name river not far from Myanmar. Pai is a real entertainment center. Tourists are offered the following excursions: hiking tours, elephant riding, rock climbing, rafting, walks to waterfalls and temples. In Pai suburb there is famous Tampla park with its main attraction “Fish cave” where you can watch carps and feed them with peanuts. 3 km away from Pai you can find Wat Nam Hu temple. The spring near the temple is considered to be sacred and has healing properties.

Climate

Climate is not so comfortable as in other areas of the country.

Transport

The best way to move around the town is to rent a motorbike (100 bhat).
