Description:

In the wonder island Langkawi it is possible to ride an elephant and to admire the underwater world dry-shod. And also to visit a crocodile farm, wonder at a legend of princess Mahsuri, travel on a boat through mangrove forest, look at buffalos close and leave absolutely happy. For shopping fans it is a real paradise on the earth: on the whole island there is a duty-free zone. Langkawi is a reall pearl of South East Asia. It is hard to vie with a beauty of it`s untouched protogenic nature, the azure seas and snow-white beaches.

Climate

Climate is equatorial, high humidity. From June till September lasts the rainfall season.

Transport

The Langkawi International Airport is located near the capital Kuah. It is possible to reach with the ferry from the other cities of Malaysia. There is no public transport on the island.
