Description:

Jimbaran is a fishing village and tourist resort on the Bali island, Indonesia. Jimbaran turned into resort in 1980s when luxurious 5 stars and other kinds of hotels were built there. Peculiarity of this place is wonderful white sand, safe sea and breathtaking sunsets. On the beach there are restaurants offering sea food that became the symbol of Jimbaran. However this resort doesn’t have night life, it is concentrated in the nearby Kuta. Majority of cultural objects locate in the center of Bali. Jimbaran attracts by its quietness and beauty, it is ideal for family holidays.

Climate

Climate is tropical monsoon. Rain season lasts from October to June and brings serious precipitations. Dry season is from July to September.

Transport

The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport. Port Benoa Harbor offers cruises to the nearby islands. You can get around Bali by taxi, bus or bemo – local micro bus.
