BAD WORISHOFEN

Description:

Bad Woerishofen is a town in Bavaria, is a famous resort, and is introduced in Swabia. The population is not very big, just over 13 thousand people. The spa specializes in cardiovascular system, nervous diseases, metabolic disorders, respiratory diseases. The resort is surrounded by forest, is located in the foothills of the Alps. The tourist infrastructure is good developed. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, places for surfing, sailing (near the city are four reservoirs). The city is one of the oldest tennis clubs in Germany. Sights: Allgäu Skyline Park and Sity hall. The city is famous for its thermal baths, medicinal scent garden and rose garden area of over 10 000 m2.

Climate

Is very mild during the whole year. There are no sharp changes in temperature. Rainfall is moderate. Winters are warm and damp.

Transport

The city is located 130 km away from Munich airport and 160 km away from the airport to Stuttgart. There is a railway station. Can be reached via motorway A7, A96
