Rothenburg-ob-der-Tauber is on the border of Bavaria to Baden-Württemberg. It is an old and very beautiful German city where the variety of fine Gothic architectural models and even a part of fortification have remained. Rothenburg remembers ancient traditions - every evening on the main square the city watchman makes his round. It adds charm to medieval atmosphere of streets of this city. Rothenburg-ob-der-Tauber is also called "a city of artists", and it is also known for the unusual museums: there is a German Museum of Christmas and the Museum of criminalistics of the middle Ages.
