Agia Anna is a resort town on the west coast of Naxos Island. Agia Anna is situated on the shore of the splendid bay with beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise water. During high tourist season Agia Anna is quite crowded, it is the best chose for family holidays as water here is calm and not very deep. Agia Anna itself is not very interesting, it appeared just because of high popularity of these place among tourists. Left from the bay there is an old church. Many people consider that Agia Anna has the best beach of the island (or even of the whole world) and tavernas are the coziest and food is delicious. Naxos Island itself is rich in objects of cultural heritage, don’t miss the opportunity to explore it.

Climate is Mediterranean, very comfortable. Summer is dry and hot (in July and August temperature reach 30C quite often), but heat is softened by northern winds. Winter is mild and warm. Tourist season lasts from May to October.Transport
Airport and Naxos Town are just few kilometers from Agia Anna, you can go there by bus, taxi or even on foot. Also Naxos Island can be reached by ferry from Piraeus (Athens) or some other islands: Santorini, Mykonos, Paros and more.
