Anacapri is a town in Naples province in Campania region situated on Capri island in Naples Bay. Anacarpi is close to Monte Solare – the highest mountain of the island, it’s top is connected with the city by funicular road. From the top of the mountain opens stunning view on Naples and Sorrento Bays. The most famous Anacapri building is Villa San Micele surrounded by beautiful garden. Not far from the city there is Grotta Azura, a fantastic nature creation, grotto with unbelievable light illusion. Also in Anakapri you can admire castle Castello Barbarossa, Scala Fenicia (Phoenician stair) and other sights.

You can reach Capri Island by ferry from Naples Bay ports. You must remember that tourists are not allowed to use automobiles in summer. The nearest airport is Capodichino in Naples, you can get there by train.
