DIANO MARINA

Description:

Diano Marina is a town in the Imperia province in Liguria and part of Riviera di Ponente. This is quite an old place being existed before Romans. Diano Marina is full of tourist attractions with Quartiere di Sant%27Anna district and its excellent beaches in the lead. These beaches are characterized by pure sea and sand that are perfect fro cosmetic procedures. In summer town is crowded with tourists, generally young. Seafront and Diano Marina pier are picturesque as the town panorama in general.

Climate

Diano Marina climate is Mediterranean with mild warm winter (because of sea influence) and hot sunny summer. However, in winter town experiences cold winds from Po valley that is very close.

Transport

The nearest airport is French Nizza-Côte d%27Azur in Nice. Among national airports Villanova d%27Albenga can be mentioned. Diano Marina has its own railway station that provides communications with the whole Italy.
