Description:
Pesaro is a town in the Marche province in Italy. It was found in 184 BC by Romans with the name Pisaurum. Today Pesaro can boast various sights: Duke Palace built in XV century, main basilica and Rocca Constanza (impressive fort in the very center of the city). Also there was built Villa Imperiale on the San Bartolo hill, it still strikes with its splendor. Pesaro above all has preserved Ancient Roman structures: aqueduct, necropolis, mosaics and more. Pay attention at original modern monument “Big Sphere” by Arnaldo Pomodoro. Pesaro is a home town for famous composer Rossini, there you can find his flat turned into a museum. Pesaro beaches are also worth visiting.
