Description:

Gent, the capital of east Flanders in Belgium with the population about 230 thousand persons, is a city-port, the big railway junction and the large educational center: here is a university and 4 higher schools, therefore on city streets always it is a lot of youth. An official language of townspeople is Dutch (фландрийский), except that, the people speak on a special local dialect.
