Copenhagen is the Denmark%27s largest city and its capital. The city%27s name comes from the old Danish phrase meaning in translation, "trader harbor." The city is located on the islands of Amager and Zealand. In 2011, Copenhagen was reckoned one of the three best cities in the world according to the British magazine Monocle. The main pride of Copenhagen is the medieval palaces and castles. It is not a surprise, because Denmark was and remains a constitutional monarchy.
