Description:

Benidorm is the famous Spanish holiday resort, located on the White Coast (Costa Blanca) in the Valencian community on the coast of Benidorm bay. During few years the city become an attractive tourist centre, millions of people every year arrive there on the holiday to enjoy the sun, the sea, lovely beaches, Spanish cuisine and bubbling nightlife. One of the main Benidorm attractions must, however, surely be the its the four of famous beaches - Levante Beach, Poniente Beach, Mal Pas Cove и La Almadrava Beach, every one of them has its own beauty, advantages and specialties. Most banks are open from 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday.

Climate

The best time for traveling to Benidorm is from May to October, during these months the weather stay sunny and very pleasant. In August temperature rises to 40 C, and temperature of the water is about 25 C. Like all coastal towns on the White Coast Benidorm has a Mediterranean climate - all year round own it enjoys sunshine and warm weather. Thanks to the mountains, which surround the city, Benidorm is protected from cold winds from the North.

Transport

Transport in Benidorm is represented by local autobus service; LLORENTE BUS company is the main one, which run buses through the city, three biggest bus stations in Benidorm are la Plaza de la Hispanidad, Rincón de L’Oix, Parque de Elche. Access to Alicante Airport: by bus (Alicante-Airport Line - C6), departure from Plaza del Mar every 40 minutes. Timetable: from 06.30 am to 23.10 pm, ticket cost – 1.00 euros; You can also use Alicante Private Transfers or Benidorm - Airport Bus Line or Murcia-Airport Bus Line.
