CONSTANTA

Description:

Constanta is a city and the largest seaport of Romania. The city is famous for its mineral sources and sea beaches. The main sights of Constance are the delphinarium, a casino constructed in the beginning of 20 centuries, and a planetarium. Also there are in a city: the Museum of history of the nature and archeology, a museum Romanian seamanship, an ethnography and astronomy Museum, musical and drama theaters. Three main religious monuments in Constance — an orthodox cathedral, a Catholic church and a mosque.

Climate

In the summer in Constance is warm, dry and it is solar – average temperature in July and August 23°C. Winter is very soft to comparison with other cities in the south of Romania.

Transport

From Bucharest to here it is possible to reach by train, the plane or the bus. The international airport "Michael Kogelnichanu" is in 28 km to the north from Konstantsy.
