Description:
Peterborough is a small town in Cambridgeshire near Fens that is chosen for living by numerous immigrants from Italy and Eastern Europe. Peterborough Cathedral that is devote to Saint apostles Peter, Paul and Andrew was found as an abbey in VII century, present building construction is referred to XII-XIII centuries. Cathedral is notable for its Gothic Portico and the burial of Katharine of Aragon who was the first of six wives of sinister Henry VIII. In addition, Peterborough has a good art museum, old tower, picturesque parks and woods, also you can visit place of archeological excavations.

Climate is temperate maritime as in the whole Great Britain but summer here is slightly warmer and sunnier (July temperature is 15-20C) and winter is somewhat frosty (actually in January temperature usually doesn’t fall under 0C).
