Transport

Hattiesburg is served by Hattiesburg-Laurel Regional Airport (regular flights to Memphis) and railway station from which you can go to New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Charlotte, Atlanta, Birmingham and New Orleans. The nearest big airports are in Gulfport, Jackson, New Orlean and Mobile. Public transport is not very developed, the best way is to rent a car.
