Description:

Bozeman is a picturesque city in Montana with the population of about 40 thousand people. Only 140 km away lays the famous Yellowstone National Park. Bozeman is full of art galleries and various museums. The most interesting among them are American Computer Museum and Museum of the Rockies. Also there situated State University of Montana, arboretum, ski and rafting trails. On the first weekends of August bright Sweet Pea Festival is held with all its dances, theatre performances, exhibitions and concerts.

Climate

Climate is dry continental. Bozeman is considered to be the wettest city of the state because of heavy precipitation during the whole year. Winter is cold and snowy with average temperature of -8C. Summer is warm and more or less dry with average temperature of 25C. Nights during the year are much colder than days.

Transport

Bozeman is served by Gallatin Field Airport. Also there is free public bus transportation to all parts of the city. The nearest big cities are Billings and Missoula.
