It will be fair to say that the city High Point is a native land of furniture. The city is also often called the "Furniture Capital of the World," which can be explained by enormous quantity of furniture manufacturers in the city, which, in turn, recognized the place as the world%27s largest exhibition of furniture. The first settlers of High Point were Germans. And since the middle of the eighteenth century, the city was a warehouse for sham guns from Pennsylvania. Because of its convenient location and the railroad in North Carolina, very soon it became a real center of production. As a city, High Point, was registered in 1859. In 1889 he opened the first factory for the manufacture of furniture.
Climate
