Those who are keen on quiet rest may fully appreciate Brazilian climate and enjoy beauty of the local nature in the world’s largest city forest Tijuca. Typical tropical, favourable, with big number of sunny days even in winter. Temperature is fairly high throughout a year and seldom goes lower than 25°С at daytime. December receives the heaviest rainfall, February is the hottest month.Transport
There are 3 airports: Galeão Airport is situated in 20 km from the city and hosts international flights, the rest two, that is Santos Dumont Airport and Jacarepaguá-Roberto Marinho Airport host domestic flights. It is comfortable to get around the city by metro.
