This newly renovated youth and family guesthouse is located at the foot of the imposing Loser Mountain in the heart of the Ausseerland region in the Salzkammergut.JUFA Altaussee offers a café, a sun terrace with mountain views, a playroom and a playground, a saltwater steam bath and a sauna area, and an internet corner. There is also a cinema, an indoor sports centre, and a heated ski and ski boot storage room. Wi-Fi is free of charge in public areas.The impressive Altaussee Salt Worlds, a historic salt mine, are directly opposite. In winter, the slopes of the Loser-Sandling ski area end right next to JUFA Gästehaus Altaussee.

A highlight is also the indoor cinema! The JUFA Guesthouse Altaussee is situated in the middle of the Ausseeerland to the distinctive Looser. In the winter time you can also ski down all the way from the Loser-Sandling skiing area just right to the JUFA Guesthouse. All our rooms are furnished with shower, WC and a TV.
