The Kaiserhof is a traditional hotel and restaurant, located 7 km from the city centre of Salzburg. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished for singles, couples and families. The cosy restaurant offers a variety of Austrian specialities from Styria and Salzburg. From the Kaiserhof you can quickly reach the major sights, including the salt mines, Hellbrunn Palace and the Untersberg, as well as the Dürrnberg, Berchtesgaden and Dachstein West ski areas.

Area information

A lot of sights are close to the hotel. These include the historical city of Salzburg, the salt mines, the Zoo and castle Hellbrunn with the famous "water games". In the winter you can easily reach the ski areas - Amadé, Dachstein West and Jenner and Götschen in Berchtesgaden. In the summer you can use the "Mozart" cycling way or one of the other routes for bikes. If you like you can make a tour up to the Untersberg.

Travel information

From the train station take bus number 170 and get off at the "Niederalm Ortsmitte" stop. It is just 150 metres from the hotel. Travel time: approx. 20 minutes.
