Built by Baron Rosenberg in 1187, the castle accommodated many famous people throughout the centuries, such as Napoleon Bonaparte and the former Princess of Tyrol, Margarethe Maultasch. The castle was remodeled into a hotel in 1938, however, we placed great value upon preserving its old charm. Guests are welcome to explore the castle and get to know something about its interesting history. They are offered modern hotel comfort.
