There is one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs.The nearest ski lift is 1 km away and cross-country skiing tracks can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In summer you can go hiking, play golf at the Golf Club kitzbühel, which is 4 km away or enjoy bathing in the Schwarzsee Lake, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
