Business hours of reception: from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The "Hotel Post" has already seen three generations of proprietors and is located in Traunkirchen, a town in the „Salzkammergut“ close to the lake “Traunsee”. The “Salzkammergut” is a landscape which can look back on many millenniums of history. From the hotel you have a marvellous view to the romantic mountain “Johannesberg” and to the mountain which is called “The Sleeping Greek Lady”. All hotel rooms include shower or tub, toilet, hair-dryer, cable TV, phone, mini-bar, mini-safe and internet (free of charge) the most of our rooms has got a balcony. In our restaurant you can enjoy typical Austrian specialties, seasonal dishes or an excellent four-course menu and a salad buffet. There are also some modern conference and meeting rooms at your disposal. All the necessary equipment including overhead projector, flip chart, pin board, pencils, ball pens, microphone (if required) etc. is provided by us.
