The hotel, with its modern design, will be opened in October 2011 and will make your stay an experience of a very special kind: it has an exceptionally relaxed atmosphere and is a meeting place for people of all ages and origins to communicate, wind down, work or simply have a good night’s sleep.  From the outside the modern, fair-faced concrete building is already an impressive sight thanks to its functional design. From the inside the hotel offers finest Austrian 3-star standards on each of its seven floors. All of the 102 rooms have modern furnishings kept in a clear-cut design. Each room includes a shower/toilet, a flat-screen TV, a telephone and a hair dryer, and various stylish elements radiate Viennese charm. Apart from practical space for storage, there also is a functional work area in each room. The hotel only offers modern, non-smoking rooms. The bar, the games room, the guest kitchen and the lobby have an open and straight-forward design and there is free WiFi access offered in all rooms and public areas.
