The building was given to running in November 1965. In 1976 the building was adapted to the hotel named according to friend town in Italy Alessandria. The hotel belonged among Interhotels Cedok until the privatization in 1992. In 1992 hotel was sold to the company Alessandria ltd. constructed with hotel employers. Since August 1999 Mr.Adel Hakkouk from Syria has been the new owner of the hotel. The Hotel is waiting for many changes which surly nice astonish you. All rooms have own WC, shower, TV-sat and a telephone. In a ground floor there is a reception. From a hotel hall you go down to the tavern. In the first floor there is a restaurant consists of the dining hall, a terrace and a cafeteria. Occasionally the live music plays in a cafeteria. The Opening time is from 06:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. In the third floor there are saloons and director, work, economist and clerks offices. In the fourth floor there are rooms which went through a reconstruction. You can also find there the owner, dealer and personal director offices. From fifth to tenth floor there are rooms. Adjacent buffet and a beer bar belong to the hotel too.
