Kolding Byferie is a four-star holiday centre with 84 stunning flats in the heart of Kolding. Koldinghus is our closest neighbour and many of the flats have a view of Slotssøen. The flats can be used by both holiday and business guests, and they all include access to the 5-star subtropical water world Slotssøbadet. You can live in flats as you know them, or you can live in flats shaped like stars, triangles, circles, squares, half-stars, ships or octagons. It only costs 10% on top of the rental fee if you want to choose the shape and location. The flats are for 2 to 6 people and are between 40 and 72 m². We also have our two luxury penthouse flats of 100 m² each which can house up to 8 people. All the flats are decorated in a light, bright, Scandinavian style with furniture and textiles by known Danish designers. There is a living room with a TV, radio and telephone, French kitchen with a dishwasher, tableware, pots and pans, 30 litre oven, 2 hotplates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a bathroom. The penthouse flats have two toilets, a large kitchen, oven and dishwasher, and both a shower and a bath. All of our flats are smoke-free!
