There are a bar and á la carte restaurant on the ground floor.The hotel serves breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.The Café Grand been a well-known first class restaurant since 1927. At that time, it was a café for the cream of the local society where soloists invited from Tallinn used to perform. In the Soviet period, it served as a public catering establishment called Võit, and had an orchestra playing twice a day. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 22:00.The Lobby-bar is open 24 hours.The restaurant seats 36 and the bar 22 people. A selection of table d'hote menus for groups are available and they can arrange receptions and catering in the venue.
