Food & beverage
The hotel restaurant serves up top-quality products originating from local suppliers. The game comes from the own hunting lodge, lambs are from the local Welzheimer Wald forest pastures, and trout are fished from surrounding waters. Vegetables are organically farmed, and herbs are taken from the hotel garden. The classic dishes on the menu include game specialities with deer, wild boar as well as fish.
