We offer our guests parking-vignettes, they cost 7 Euro per day and are valid for the park area 7. You can get them at the reception by check in. (The regular parking costs are 26 Euro per day.) There is also a parking garage and a parking lot nearby, you can use them for 15 Euro per day. Also bus parking is available in the immediate vicinity. IMPORTANT INFORMATION for drivers refers to the 'Environment Zone Berlin': Since January 1, 2008 Berlin's inner city is an 'environment zone' where only cars that are up to emission standards are allowed. You need a environmental badge with information about the emission standard of your car. You can get these badges online or at TÜV, DEKRA and in around 800 authorized garages. PAYMENT CONDITIONS The credit card you give us as guaranty will be checked by a pre-authorization. - In case of refusal of credit card, or for entries with 3 rooms or more, the hotel reserves the right to demand a deposit as a guarantee. This hotel will not charge your credit card before arrival! - The payment will take place upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that the „promotion rate“ offers can only be paid in cash.
