Bermatingen is a state-approved leisure resort and has a whole host of historical attractions to visit, as well as pretty surrounding towns and villages.See the sights of the area by foot, by bike or by car. We can especially recommend the region around Gehrenberg mountain and the beautiful countryside of Linzgau is also worth exploring.The island of Mainau is worth a visit all year round, particularly in the Spring when the flowers are in bloom.In the summer, the lake provides countless leisure activities, such as sailing, surfing, bathing and boat tours.A cultural highlight and a must-see is the annual Bregenz Festival.

Coming from the A81: at Hegauer junction, drive towards Stockach, Friedrichshafen, after Meersburg drive towards Markdorf/Ravensburg and in Markdorf, at the first roundabout take the second exit towards Bermatingen. After approximately 2 km you will reach Bermatingen; take the first street on your left and after approximately 200 metres you will see our hotel on the left.Coming from the A 96:exit no. 3, Friedrichshafen, follow the road to Friedrichshafen, before the Shell petrol station turn right towards Markdorf, continue and then take a left at the first traffic lights in Markdorf. Take the first exit at the first roundabout towards Bermatingen. After approximately 2 km you will reach Bermatingen; take the first street on your left and after approximately 200 metres you will see our hotel on the left.
