Location. The Palace Hotel Desenzano is situated three kilometres from the centre of Desenzano del Garda, Italy, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. Desenzano train station is four kilometres away and the lakeside town of Sirmione is 4.5 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The white washed, corner building of the Palace Hotel Desenzano is flanked by landscaped gardens with a long, flower lined pathway leading to its entrance. The air conditioned lobby has contemporary decor with marble flooring, moss green pillars, and leather couches, and murals adorn the walls behind the 24 hour front desk. On the third floor of the hotel a saltwater pool with an integrated spa tub overlooks Lake Garda and is surrounded by sunloungers and a bar. An outdoor freshwater pool is set within the hotel's garden area and is shallow enough for children to enjoy. Complimentary shuttles depart from the Palace Hotel for Desenzano or Sirmione town centres.

Distance to Palace Hotel Desenzano is 32 kilometres, approximately 35 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Buses run between the airport and Verona train station (via the conference centre) every 20 minutes. Single tickets cost 4.50 EUR. From Verona, buses and trains depart regularly for Desenzano. Taxis to the Palace Hotel cost approximately 70 EUR. Alternatively, the hotel can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. There are three bus routes operating throughout Desenzano's compact town centre, numbered one, two, and three. Tickets are available on board for 1 EUR per journey.
