Each unit, with one or two bedrooms, has a large terrace or a private garden, a reserved indoor parking space and Wi-Fi. Furthermore, a "wellness-tour" of two hours at the new “ Dolce Spa” is offered to every guest. The two outdoor swimming-pools (with a safe area for children), the Jacuzzi with solarium, the gym, the games room, the bicycles, and the movies library with multilingual DVDs are just some of the other free services that complement a unique vacation in a refined setting in every detail. The Residence organizes, among other things and exclusively for its customers, swimming lessons taught by an Italian champion, sailing cruises, seaplane flights and visits to a local winery with a dinner of local producer. For safety reasons, a deposit in the amount of 150 Euros must be bailed per cheque or credit card before or on day of arrival. This deposit will be refunded on day of departure as long as there are no damages caused to the apartment.
