The hotel is a villa dating back to the year 1700, situated in a beautiful part of the small gulf of Colmegna, about 2 km away from Luino. Relax on either of the two terraces and enjoy the stunning lake views. Make use of the private beach or stroll along the 200 metres of lake promenade. The hotel offers many romantic paths, a small stone harbour and a spacious greenhouse, just radiating tranquillity.

Nestled within a stunning garden park of 10.000 m² on the sun-drenched gulf of Colmegna, this 17th century villa boasts a private beach and lovely vistas of Lake Maggiore. Guests can escape the pace of city life by spending long enjoying romantic walks around the lake or on the private promenade by the harbour. In the evenings, there is the option of having dinner on one of the two heated terraces overlooking the lake, where the hotel frequently organizes buffet barbecues during the summer months. Even business guests can experience a break from the norm by conducting conferences for up to 60 people in the Torretta of the huge park.
