Our villa is located in Meran in the residential area known as Maia Alta, or Obermais, in a sunny and very quiet part of town, surrounded by orchards, vineyards and parks, with a lovely view to the mountains in all directions. It is only a fifteen-minute walk to the center of town. In the lovely hotel park you will find a seasonally heated swimming pool with special resistance swimming flows, large, sunny grassy lawns and an inviting terrace.
