This new structure was inaugurated in the end of 2006. The residence is located on the road in between Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro. The residence counts 31 units (apartments) with 2 or 3 rooms each. They are very nicely furnished. You can dispose of a colour TV, a private telephone, a kitchen, a large furnished terrace with sea view, private parking and, just in case that the temperatures do decrease, there is an independent heating system. At our reception, we will welcome you with a smile and help you with all your needs or requests concerning excursions or hiking tours in the area. You will be welcome to visit our cosy little bar, to have a drink or watch the television or maybe connect your PC to our free internet point. We are at your full service to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your stay here. Due to the hotel’s perfect location on the hill, you will find yourself far from the traffic and immersed in the landscape and fragrances of the Maquis shrubland.  You can relax on each terrace with its wonderful view over the Gulf of Portoferraio or just spend some hours on the golf course of the Elba Golf Club of Acquabona.
