The Aparjods Hotel is a complex of buildings designed in ethnographic style, with a roof of wooden shingles and reed. In 2000, "Aparjods" won the first prize of the competition "Wooden buildings in Latvia" organized by the Department of Cultural Heritage of the Council of Europe. The skilful combination of tradition and modernity created an excellent place for relaxation and business including hotel, restaurant, conference facilities, music club and sauna with hydro-massage. The hotel is a beautiful wooden building with shingle roof and oak doors. There is a fireplace in the lobby and cosy bedrooms with very soft duvets guarantee a good night´s sleep. In our restaurant, we serve delicious Latvian and international dishes, and we pride ourselves offering fantastic, delicious barbecues. Our banquet service is excellent, as well. In a survey of the magazine "Klubs", a majority of the gourmands mentioned "Aparjods" as their favourite restaurant outside of Riga. Furthermore, there is an own wine cellar. The opening hours of our restaurant for lunch or dinner are from 12:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; breakfast for hotel guests from 07:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Our bright conference rooms have capacities for up to 40 people and are appointed with wireless internet connection and state-of.-the-art conference technology. Coffee and lunch breaks can take place in the conference rooms, the restaurant, the music club or outdoors. The Music Club is a very special location. The house was built with "Sigulda" yellow stones and a fantastic reed roof adorns the building. The interior is a combination of English club style and traditional Latvian country and offers a very successful interior solution.
