Eventhough Stayokay Soest accommodates your stay for one night or longer whether you’re alone, with friends or with your family, we also offer the opportunity for groups to stay with us for one day. The building and it’s surroundings are perfect for activities such as meetings, day (or longer) trainings, music rehearsals and other fun get togethers such as (wedding) receptions, (family) reunions or (birthday) parties. The hostel has several rooms suitable for any number of people from 10 to 180. A bar with a broad assortment of (alcoholic) drinks completes the picture.The hostel personnel are open to your ideas on organization. We are also happy to share our ideas in planning your meeting in Stayokay Soest.Audio-visual aids are present. The hostel staff are tuned into welcoming groups; from primary schools to universities and other (educative) meetings. The hostel staff are willing and able to make a suitable programme on request. Stayokay Soest is an HI-hostel in the heart of the Netherlands, nearby Amersfoort. Among woods and dunes and yet easy to reach. The perfect place for a few days of walking, cycling, swimming, visiting palaces and museums, maybe a visit to the city: Stayokay Soest is the ideal home base for enjoying nature and culture.Stayokay Soest offers plenty of comfort. The rooms are housed in a separate wing and all feature private sanitary facilities. The main hall is the place to meet fellow guests for sharing stories about your adventures or relax in the bar and restaurant, enjoy the reading table or kick back in the TV room. Outside Stayokay Soest has a number of sports and playing fields, a picnic area and camp fire place. The hostel has different sports and games equipment.
Food & beverage
We offer a lunch buffet, packed lunches and a 3-course dinner. The 3- course dinner is a menu-of-the-day. If you have any special (e.g. dietary or vegetarian) needs they will be taken into account.The kitchen staff will also be happy to arrange special meals on request, such as a tropical buffet or barbecue.

As well as bunk beds the rooms also have cupboards, tables and chairs.
