Since it was opened in 2005, the Star Rooms Hotel has been the point of reference concerning quality and comfort. Although small (2 suites and 4 rooms) Star Rooms succeeded in attracting clients due to it's location in a quiet part of the city centre and its exceptional service.

Surrounded by old trees and picturesque houses, the Star Rooms hotel is ideally located, in the most charming part of Ploiesti city centre, off the main road in a pleasant park.Not far from our hotel there is the town hall, the main railway station, the Art Museum, the History Museum and the Clock Museum. All those buildings date back to the 19th century and are worth a visit. Due to it's good location Star Rooms hotel is the ideal place for business people and tourists who are looking for relaxation and comfort as well as for high-quality service.

Located in the south-eastern part of Romania, 60 km from the capital Bucharest, Ploiesti is a vibrant city due to its fast-growing economy. Already at the beginning of the last century oil was found in this region and more than 20 oil refineries were established in the city. After the collapse of the communist regime all the big investors came back to Romania and to Ploiesti and the city again started booming.But not only the economy is attracting people to the city. Ploiesti looks back upon a long and fascinating history. A museum is close to the hotel and also culture is important for its 250.000 inhabitants with a theatre and the philharmonic hall also located in close vicinity.
