Alberto Pinto wanted to do away with everything superfluous in the hotel and recover, where possible, the strength and beauty of the original building. This ambitious project was particularly notable for its intensive use of colour and the use of hard materials such as chrome, glass, travertine or marble in squares with seamless lines. This gave a new sobriety and particularly counteracted any inappropriate excesses. Our team will spoil you 4 times a week with exquisite dishes of Mediterranean and Canary Islands cuisine. On the other 3 evenings of the week, you can enjoy the famous Seaside Barbecue on the patio from 6.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m., with changing theme-based buffets. The modern and luxurious Spa & Wellness area is located in a huge, wonderfully designed palm tree garden that takes up around 2000 m². The open Fitness area has modern cardiovascular and weights equipment to help you keep in shape. There are also the corresponding gym, aerobics, yoga and Tai Chi facilities.
