The rooftop terrace has superb panoramic views of the complex’s surroundings and is a great place to relax and sunbathe. The complex also has an outdoor swimming pool, which is heated during the cooler months. For those who prefer to spend their leisure time in a more active way there is a tennis court, table tennis facilities and bicycles available to rent at an additional cost. Bicycles are a great way for guests to get around and explore the surrounding area.If you are looking for a quiet place for your family event, club meeting or for your company meal, the complex offers space on the terrace (for up to 60 people), as well as in the dining room (up to 50 people). Situated in a peaceful residential area in the north of Tenerife, during your stay you can enjoy the wonderful natural surroundings in the warm climate of the Eternal Spring. Within a 15-minute walk of the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and the sandy beach, these spacious apartments also offer easy access to the main attractions of Taoro Park and Loro Park and Zoo. With only 30 modern apartments, the resort is able to create a cosy and familiar atmosphere. It is protected from strong winds and most of the apartments face west, towards the sunset.

The on-site restaurant, Floridita, offers a wonderful dining experience. Guests can enjoy their food outside in the sunshine and the open air, on the restaurant’s large garden terrace, in an oasis of tranquillity.
