Area information

The hotel is located in the tiny mountain village of La Lechuza. It is surrounded by farms producing a rich variety of local produce, particularly peach and pear juices, other fruits and cheeses. This produce can be bought at the local farmers’ market in the nearby village of La Vega de San Mateo. Also in the local area you will find the protected natural environments of the Cumbre, the island’s highest peak, and Pino Santo, both of which are rich in all types of wildlife. Here you can go hiking, mountain biking and horse riding. You will also find several golf courses in this World Biosphere Reserve.
